Apple Tarts
Ingredients (for 4ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 150g 00 flour
- 1 egg
- 40g sugar
- A bit of cinnamon
- 40g butter
- 2 apples
- 6g baking powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Utensils:
- Individual Ramekins
Instructions
Prepare (15min):
- Get the butter to room temperature
- Preheat oven to 180°
Cooking (30min):
- Peel the apple and cook it in a pan with the lemon juice, the cinnamon and a tsp of the 40g of sugar (5 mins)
- Mash it all with a fork apart from a couple of pieces
- For the dough, work the room temp butter with the rest of the sugar, egg, flour, baking powder and a bit of salt and cinamon
- Butter the insides of the ramekins and sprinkle with flour
- Spread the dough on the insides of the ramekins and fill with mushed apple and top with the larger pieces
- Put in the oven (20 mins)
