Basil Pesto
Ingredients:

- 50g Basil
- 15g parmigiano cheese
- 20g nuts
- 60ml olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Utensils:
- Blender
- Frying pan
Instructions
Prepare (10min):
- Toast the pine nuts lightly (3 mins)
- Wash basil and dry
- Grate cheese, juice lemon and measure remaining ingredients
- Add to blender in the following order: basil, garlic, olive oil, cheese, pine nuts and lemon juice, salt and blend (med then high)
