Bolognese
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 500g of mince
- 1 white onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 yellow/orange pepper
- 1 pack of portobella mushrooms
- 2 x Sainsburies finest bolognese sauce (cheating is allowed)
- 500g of good spagheti
- Oregano and parsely
- Salad + dressing
- optional: teaspoon of red pesto
Utensils:
- Frying pan/wok
- Large saucepan
- Medium saucepan
Instructions
Prepare (3min):
- Dice onion, pepper, mushrooms and finely dice the garlic
Cooking (xmin):
- Add mushrooms to a saucepan with some oil and stir regularly for 5 minutes
- Add oil and onions to the frying pan and stir for 30 seconds
- Add mince to frying pan and chop/seperate/toss until mince has mostly turned brown
- Add sauce, drain the mushrooms and add to the frying pan, add garlic, pepper and sprinkle with oregano and parsely and leave to simmer for 10 minutes
- Add pasta to boiling water, pinch of salt and some oil
