Chicken Thighs

Ingredients (for 2ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 x chicken legs and thighs
  • Mushrooms
  • Justin's Sauce
    • 2 teaspoons of Colemans powdered mustard
    • Honey
    • Tomatoe Ketchup
    • Oister Sauce
  • Potatoes
  • Vegetables
  • 1 x onion
  • Parsley

Utensils:

  • Pyrex
  • Frying pan or saucepan
  • Steamer

Instructions

Prepare (5min):

  1. Pre heat oven to 240 degrees
  2. Cube the onion
  3. Make the sauce
    • Pour the honey into a glass (about 3 times the amount of the mustard)
    • Add the mustard and stir until a paste)
    • Add the Tomatoe Ketchup, stir again until fully mixed (Quadroople the volume of the sauce so far)
    • Add a few drops of oyster sauce and stir
  4. Peel and slice potatoes

Cooking (60min):

  1. Put potatoes with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper and oregano into the pyrex and into the oven (60min total) - needs tossing half way through
  2. Put the chicken in a pyrex with the onion, drizzle sauce over everything and sprinkle parsely over the top (40mins total)
  3. Put on mushrooms and vegetables
