Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients (for 4ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 200ml of single cream
  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 1 clementine
  • Amaretti biscuits

Utensils:

  • Saucepan
  • Glass melting bowl

Instructions

Prepare (2min):

  1. Boil kettle
  2. Break chocolate into small pieces

Cooking (6min):

  1. Place bowl of chocolate over simmering water and stir as it melts (approx 5 minutes)
  2. Just before all chocolate is melted, take off the heat and add cream. Stir and then grate in the clementine zest
  3. Pour into cup to serve with Amaretti biscuits
