Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients (for 4ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 200ml of single cream
- 300g dark chocolate
- 1 clementine
- Amaretti biscuits
Utensils:
- Saucepan
- Glass melting bowl
Instructions
Prepare (2min):
- Boil kettle
- Break chocolate into small pieces
Cooking (6min):
- Place bowl of chocolate over simmering water and stir as it melts (approx 5 minutes)
- Just before all chocolate is melted, take off the heat and add cream. Stir and then grate in the clementine zest
- Pour into cup to serve with Amaretti biscuits
