Crepes
Ingredients (for 4 crepes):
Main Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 90g 00 flour
- 180ml milk
- A little butter or oil for the pan
- Whatever filling you want
Utensils:
- Bowl
- Sieve
- Whisk
- Frying pan
- Batter spreader
Instructions
Prepare (35min):
- Weigh the flour out in a bowl
- Crack egg in the bowl, add the milk and stir thoroughly
- Sieve the flour into the bowl and then whisk thoroughly making sure there are no lumps
- Cover the batter and put in the fridge (30 mins)
- Prepare whatever fillings you want
Cooking (5min):
- Heat up a frying pan, add a scoop of batter and spread thinly (1 min)
- Flip over, add toppings and then fold as desired and let cook (2 mins)
