Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 250g long grain rice
- 500ml of water
- 1 egg
- 1tbls soya sauce
- Spring onion
Instructions
Prepare (30min):
- Cook rice as per "Boiled Rice" and leave to cool
Cooking (15min):
- Add oil to a saucepan on high heat
- Pour beaten egg into frying pan, stir for 30 seconds
- Pour cold boiled rice in, fry for 6 minutes, pressing out any lumps
- Add salt, white pepper, soya sauce and stir fry for 2 more minutes
- Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top
