Honey Glazed Salmon
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 2 x salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Marinade:
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp low sodium soya sauce
- 5 tbsp honey
Goes Well With:
- Roasted Potatoes
- Seasonal Vegetables
Utensils:
- Frying pan
Instructions
Prepare (30min):
- Mix all marinade ingredients into a bowl and stir
- Pour half of the marinade on the salmon in a bowl and refridgerate for 30 minutes
Cooking (5min):
- Take salmon out of marinade (discard th old marinade) and fry with a little oil, 2 mins skin side down, turn over for 30 seconds
- Take salmon out and cover with foil, pour the rest of the marinade into frying pan and reduce for 2 minutes
- Serve salmon and pour reduced marinade over
