Mackerel Pâté
Ingredients (for 4ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 200g of Mackrel flesh (after deboning and deskinning)
- 100g light Philadelphia cheese
- Half a lemon
- A couple of leaves of fresh parsley
Utensils:
- Bowl and fork
Instructions
Prepare (20min):
- Deskin and debone the Mackrel, go through carefully to remove all small bones
- Add philadelphia cheese, Mackrel, a little grated lemon zest and the juice of half a lemon into a big bowl, mash up with a fork till pate consistency
