Mackerel Pâté

Ingredients (for 4ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 200g of Mackrel flesh (after deboning and deskinning)
  • 100g light Philadelphia cheese
  • Half a lemon
  • A couple of leaves of fresh parsley

Utensils:

  • Bowl and fork

Instructions

Prepare (20min):

  1. Deskin and debone the Mackrel, go through carefully to remove all small bones
  2. Add philadelphia cheese, Mackrel, a little grated lemon zest and the juice of half a lemon into a big bowl, mash up with a fork till pate consistency
