Ingredients (10 bites):
Main Ingredients:
- 10 small portebella mushrooms
- 5 slices of bacon
- 80g of cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 50g of grated cheddar/mozzarella
Utensils:
- Baking tray
Instructions
Prepare (15min):
Can make up to 24h in advance, cover and keep in the fridge
- Cut bacon into small squares, fry until just turning crispy, remove from heat and drain off fat
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar/mozzarella in a bowl and then mix in bacon
- Take out stems of mushrooms, put a spoonfull of filling on top of each mushroom, place on a baking tray and cover
Cooking (25min):
- Put in 175° oven for 25 minutes, take out and leave to rest for 5 mintues before serving
