Mushroom Tortellini

Ingredients (for 2ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • Spinach and ricotta tortellini
  • Portabello mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Heaped tablespoon of philadelphia cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Goes Well With:

  • Salad

Utensils:

  • 2 x Saucepans

Instructions

Prepare (2min):

  1. Dice mushrooms

Cooking (8min):

  1. Put the diced mushrooms in a saucepan with a small drizzle of oil and toss for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add the philadelphia cheese, minced garlic to the mushrooms and stir continously for another 2-3 minutes
  3. Cook the tortillini in a seperate saucepan for the minute or two specified and then drain, add to the mushroom saucepan and stir for a further minute
