Mushroom Tortellini
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- Spinach and ricotta tortellini
- Portabello mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Heaped tablespoon of philadelphia cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Goes Well With:
- Salad
Utensils:
- 2 x Saucepans
Instructions
Prepare (2min):
- Dice mushrooms
Cooking (8min):
- Put the diced mushrooms in a saucepan with a small drizzle of oil and toss for 2-3 minutes
- Add the philadelphia cheese, minced garlic to the mushrooms and stir continously for another 2-3 minutes
- Cook the tortillini in a seperate saucepan for the minute or two specified and then drain, add to the mushroom saucepan and stir for a further minute
