Mussels Starter
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 200g Mussels
- 1 clove of garlic
- Splash dry white wine
- Lug of olive oil
Utensils:
- Saucepan
Instructions
Prepare (3min):
- Rinse and discard mussels that won't close
- Cut garlic into thin slices
Cooking (5min):
- Cook mussels with a splash of water for 2 minutes until open
- Take mussels out, and take off one side of each mussel shell (so each mussel sits inside one half of a shell)
- Put each shell in the bottom of a large pan, add one slice of garlic per mussel and turn up heat
- Add olive oil and a splash of wine, cook for 2 minutes
