Parsnip Puree

Ingredients (for 4ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 300g peeled parsnips
  • 300ml soya milk
  • Medium knob of butter
  • Salt & Pepper

Utensils:

  • Saucepan

Instructions

Can be made ahead of time and reheated

Prepare (2min):

  1. Peel and chop parsnips

Cooking (18min):

  1. Put the milk and parsnips in a saucepan, season and bring to the boil, then simmer (15 mins)
  2. Blend mixture, then add butter and stir
