Parsnip Puree
Ingredients (for 4ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 300g peeled parsnips
- 300ml soya milk
- Medium knob of butter
- Salt & Pepper
Utensils:
- Saucepan
Instructions
Can be made ahead of time and reheated
Prepare (2min):
- Peel and chop parsnips
Cooking (18min):
- Put the milk and parsnips in a saucepan, season and bring to the boil, then simmer (15 mins)
- Blend mixture, then add butter and stir
