Pork Balls

#

Ingredients (40 bites):

Balls:

  • 500g Pork Mince
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon of five spice
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh chives
  • 1/4 finely grated onion
  • 1/2 cup stale breadcrumps

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup red currant jelly
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Utensils:

  • Baking tray
  • Frying pan

Instructions

Prepare (20min):

Can make the day before and refridgerate and cover balls

  1. Turn on oven to 175°
  2. Combine all balls ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  3. Roll into balls, put onto a baking tray with foil and in the oven for 15 minutes

Cooking (10min):

  1. Put all the glaze into the pan, heat up, add balls and stir for 3 minutes and serve hot
