Pork Balls
Ingredients (40 bites):
Balls:
- 500g Pork Mince
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon of five spice
- 2 teaspoons of fresh chives
- 1/4 finely grated onion
- 1/2 cup stale breadcrumps
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup red currant jelly
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Utensils:
- Baking tray
- Frying pan
Instructions
Prepare (20min):
Can make the day before and refridgerate and cover balls
- Turn on oven to 175°
- Combine all balls ingredients into a bowl and mix well
- Roll into balls, put onto a baking tray with foil and in the oven for 15 minutes
Cooking (10min):
- Put all the glaze into the pan, heat up, add balls and stir for 3 minutes and serve hot
