Roast Potatoes
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 1 large potato per person
- 100g of Cooking fat
- Salt and white Pepper
- Rosemary
- Half a white onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
Utensils:
- Pyrex
Instructions
Prepare (5min):
- Turn on oven to 175° with fan
- Put the fat in the pyrex and in the oven to heat up
Cooking (90min):
- Peel the potatoes
- Cut into chunks (2cm thick)
- Take Pyrex out of the oven, add onion, crushed garlic and potatos
- Use a spoon to scoop and cover potatos in fat
- Sprinkle with salt, white pepper and rosemary
- Put in the oven for 45 minutes
- Take the pyrex out the oven, drain the fat into another dish and turn potatoes, put back in oven for a further 45 minutes
