Roast Potatoes

Ingredients (for 2ppl):

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 large potato per person
  • 100g of Cooking fat
  • Salt and white Pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Half a white onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Utensils:

  • Pyrex

Instructions

Prepare (5min):

  1. Turn on oven to 175° with fan
  2. Put the fat in the pyrex and in the oven to heat up

Cooking (90min):

  1. Peel the potatoes
  2. Cut into chunks (2cm thick)
  3. Take Pyrex out of the oven, add onion, crushed garlic and potatos
  4. Use a spoon to scoop and cover potatos in fat
  5. Sprinkle with salt, white pepper and rosemary
  6. Put in the oven for 45 minutes
  7. Take the pyrex out the oven, drain the fat into another dish and turn potatoes, put back in oven for a further 45 minutes
