Rosemary Chicken
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 2 x chicken breasts
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Goes Well With:
- Roasted Potatoes
- Seasonal Vegetables
Utensils:
- Skillet
Instructions
Best if chicken is brined (45mins - 4 hour before)
Prepare (2mins):
- Turn oven to 200°
- Heat up skillet
- Chop up rosemary finely
- Take chicken out of brine and pat dry, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to both sides and sprinkle the rosemary on top
Cooking (15min):
- Cook the chicken in the skillet (4 mins)
- Flip chicken and transfer to the oven (12 mins - internal temperature of 74°)
- Take out of the pan, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil on both sides and serve
