Sea Bream
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 2 x Sea Bream
- 4 cloves of garlic
- A few sprigs of fresh Rosemary
- Splash of white wine
- Salt and olive oil
Goes Well With:
- Roasted Potatoes
- Seasonal Vegetables
Utensils:
- Oven tray
Instructions
Prepare (20min):
- Preheat oven to 200°
- Wrap garlic in foil with a drizzle of salt and oil and put into the oven for 15 minutes to roast
- Descale fish and cut 3 slices into both sides of each fish, just until the bones
Cooking (17min):
- Lay each fish on foil, splash some white wine, put two garlic cloves and the rosemary inside and drizzle over some olive oil and a sprinkle of salt
- Wrap the fish tightly in foil so steam can't get out and put onto a tray in the oven for 15 minutes - depending on size of fish, could be up to 25 minutes
