Sea Bream Salsa
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 2 Sea Bream fillets
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 30g kalamata olives pitted
- A few basil leaves
- 1/4 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Goes Well With:
- Mashed potatoes
- Seasonal Vegetables
Utensils:
- Skillet
- Bowl
- Medium saucepan
Instructions
Best if fish is brined (30mins)
Prepare (10min):
- Heat up the oil in a medium saucepan
- Halve the tomatoes and add to saucepan, add olives, salt and pepper and simmer (2 mins)
- Take off the heat, thinly slice the basil and add, juice 1/4 of a lemon and add also and stir
Cooking (5min):
- Heat a heavy skillet
- Dry the sea bass, score the skin and brush with olive oil on both sides
- Add the sea bass skin side down and season (2 mins)
- Flip over (1 min)
