Seafood Pasta
		Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 200g mussels
 - 400g clams
 - Optional: prawns/squid etc
 - 400g Passata
 - 200g Pasta
 - 6 cherry tomatoes
 - 1 x clove of garlic
 - 1 tbsp of olive oil
 - A couple basil leaves
 - A splash of white wine

- Saucepan
 
Instructions
Prepare (5min):
- Rinse mussels with water, any that don't close throw away, also remove the gritty thread
 
Cooking (45min):
- Cook mussels and clams in a hot saucepan with a lid for 2 minutes
 - Drain juice through a filter and keep in a glass
 - Put the clams in a bowl of cold water
 - Add passata, one clove of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, 6 cherry tomatoes with a slit in and a couple of basil leaves on a low temperature for 10 minutes with a lid
 - Add mussel juice, a splash of white wine and the drained clams, cook for a further 30 mins with the lid
 - Cook pasta seperately, mix with sauce and serve
