Smoked Salmon Bites
Ingredients (15 Bites):
Main Ingredients:
- 300g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 1 tbls lemon juice
- 2 tbls chopped dill
- generous pinch of black pepper
- 3 large plain flour tortillas
- 350g smoked salmon
- Serve with extra dill and rocket

Instructions
Prepare (5min):
Can make up to 24h in advance, wrap in cling film tightly and keep in the fridge
- Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, dill and black pepper in a bowl
- Lay out the tortilla, spread the cheese over, lay out smoked salmon over and roll up tightly
Serve (1min):
- Take out of cling film, cut with a sharp knife on diagonals into small bites, serve with some rocket and extra dill on the plate
