Smoked Salmon Bites

Ingredients (15 Bites):

Main Ingredients:

  • 300g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 1 tbls lemon juice
  • 2 tbls chopped dill
  • generous pinch of black pepper
  • 3 large plain flour tortillas
  • 350g smoked salmon
  • Serve with extra dill and rocket

Utensils:

  • Mixing bowl

Instructions

Prepare (5min):

Can make up to 24h in advance, wrap in cling film tightly and keep in the fridge

  1. Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, dill and black pepper in a bowl
  2. Lay out the tortilla, spread the cheese over, lay out smoked salmon over and roll up tightly

Serve (1min):

  1. Take out of cling film, cut with a sharp knife on diagonals into small bites, serve with some rocket and extra dill on the plate
