Steak
Ingredients (for 2ppl):
Main Ingredients:
- 2 x decent stakes
- Mushrooms
- Justin's Sauce
- 2 teaspoons of Colemans powdered mustard
- Honey
- Tomatoe Ketchup
- Oyster Sauce
- Roasting potatoes
- Vegetables
Utensils:
- Frying pan
- Saucepan
Instructions
Prepare (5min):
- Pre heat oven to 240 degrees
- Make the sauce
- Pour the honey into a glass (about 3 times the amount of the mustard)
- Add the mustard and stir until a paste)
- Add the Tomatoe Ketchup, stir again until fully mixed (Quadroople the volume of the sauce so far)
- Add a few drops of oyster sauce and stir
- Peel and slice potatoes
Cooking (60min):
- Put potatoes with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper and oregano into the pyrex and into the oven (60min total) - needs tossing half way through
- Put vegetables on
- Very lightly drizzle oil in a frying pan and put the steaks in
- Turn the steaks every 20seconds until all sides are sealed
- Then depending on the thickness of the steaks, roughly 1 minute either side cooking, then add sauce on each side for a further 1-2 minutes each side
- Check still pink in the middle and serve
