White Sourdough

Ingredients (for 1 boule):

New Bread (weekly):

  • 400g Water
  • 400g bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 60g starter

Instructions

New Bread:

  1. Mix all together to ensure all the flour is wet. Leave to rest for 20 hours. Cook at 250C for 20 mins covered, then 15 mins without the lid.
