White Sourdough

Ingredients (for 1 boule):
New Bread (weekly):
- 400g Water
- 400g bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 60g starter
Instructions
New Bread:
- Mix all together to ensure all the flour is wet. Leave to rest for 20 hours. Cook at 250C for 20 mins covered, then 15 mins without the lid.
